Cape Up!

This idea i had a while ago. I shared it with my friends however I still think this could be a real money maker if done correctly.


Capes! plain and simple. What ever happened to them? nurses used to wear them.. they don't anymore.


Imagine the world with people wearing capes. Running to catch the end of the pedestrian crossing light and the cape will fly up. I think it would make the world so much fun.


There are so many options. Winter capes, Summer Capes (towel version), Designer Capes. Uh, its endless.


Not to mention DOG CAPES! now this is where i think it gets really financially viable. Dog Capes! the stuff that people spend on their dogs, dog clothes, dog shoes, dog sunglasses! why not dog capes. they would look extremely cute...


thats the idea.. Basically.. Lets all get a cape and have an International Cape Day!

Lets build a suburb together.

Well.. this may well have been done before however rather than research every idea i come up with i would rather just write it down and find out later.


so anyway around the corner from my house a brand new suburb is going up, one thats all "lets be a community and close nit and we will be better than everyone else who doesn't live in our gates". So I thought...


Why couldn't anyone build a suburb... think about it. website/group.. www.letsbuildawebsite.co.nz then every goes on and puts in some money for a part of this suburb, anywhere from $1.00 to $1,000,000 once the target has been hit (obviously a symbol like a thermostat (like they used to have outside schools fundraising for their new hall) then the suburb starts! 


The suburb would be sold for financial gain obviously, however spot prizes could be, every 10th person to deposit money gets to name a street etc. would be a project undertaken online with people deciding where the suburb can go, the color of the street lights, the FLAG! 


Think it could be quite an interesting experiment.. expensive yes... but how often can you pay $10 to name a street "Spanner Crescent"

So I watched a movie right...

I watched a movie last night and essentially it was about street artists..


This dude would run around town putting up little images of space invader pixel art, although it was for no apparent reason (advertising/political) it simply made the world a bit more interesting..


This got me thinking of an ad campaign that someone could do...

We all liked scavenger hunts when we were younger.. well i did anyway... so why doesn't a company say (Telecom, who are currently running an ad involving pacman) do a promotion where they plant like 500 little pac-man characters around the country and make a website where you can enter to win an awesome prize if you locate 5 pac man characters around the country. once those 5 have been found, they no-longer become available entry locations.


this would hugely drive people to their competition entry website where they could promote whatever promo they want and the prizes for people could be a free year contract on telecom or something worth while...


although I use telecom in my idea, this could be applied to anyone.....


basically... i think there should be a nationwide scavenger hunt.. with cool little characters popping up in odd places. (toilets, bus-stops, ON roadsigns..) just something fun..

One Man 1Million Ideas

So I've been thinking....


I've never been one to write a diary, however I have so many ideas that I am convinced could make people millions should they take them and run with it.


This blog is essentially a mind dump of my ideas as I think if i don't get them out, I will self implode and end up in a mental home. So. This is your opportunity.

I will post my ideas on this blog and you can do what you wish with them.
Perhaps you may find humor in my ideas, or actually see them for the creative genius that in my mind.. they truely are..
